DELIVERY

Flat packed wooden housing is drawn from our own stock or comes from one of our suppliers and delivered by courier, this can take on average 7-14 working days from payment to delivery, however a lot of our wooden housing is made to order for our customers and delivered direct from the manufacturer, this can take longer depending on when they are delivering in your area, please allow anything from 7 days to 28 days+ at this time of year, they are very busy. Grooming products please allow 7-10 working days from payment clearance to delivery.

Pet housing can be bulky and heavy, therefore delivery costs are high, but the price you see on our site is the full price you will pay.

Unless the listing says "available from stock for immediate despatch" We advise you to enquire about delivery timescales before ordering, please email giving the area in which you live and the item number of and size of what you wish to order.

When ordering always give us your contact telephone number for the courier, it cannot be booked without it. After we have booked and paid for your delivery, if it is delayed, we will chase it up on your behalf and provide you with tracking number. This doesnt happen often but it does happen, we cannot be held responsible for delivery delays which are out of our control. If you are not going to be home to take receipt of your item, please leave a signed note, with instructions for the courier so that he can leave it with a neighbour or in safe part of the garden etc. They will usually oblige depending on the courier, but its not guaranteed and may return the next day instead. After 2/3 re-deliveries, the item is returned to ourselves.

Upon receipt of your order, please sign it as ´unchecked´, or if it is visibly damaged, please reject it and the courier or delivery driver will bring it back. If it has been damaged in transit, you will be sent a replacement or offered a refund. If you wish to return an item for any other reason,ie. (changed your mind) please do so within 7 days in its original packaging, once received in its original re-saleable condition you will be sent a refund, minus delivery costs.

Please note made to order items (eg chicken houses) are exempt from the 7 day return for any other reason other than damaged in transit etc, a lot of our made to order items are delivered fully assembled in the manufacturers vans, please check that you are happy before the driver leaves, in the case of made to order sectional items delivered by courier, please sign as ´unchecked´ and check your item over asap, any problems must be reported within 24 hours. Should you wish to cancel a made to order item because you have simply changed your mind, you must cancel immediately, and will be given a refund providing the manufacturer has not made the item
